He then co-founded NIWAS, a home textile export start-up company. They scoped and serviced foreign clients, developed sales & suppliers, handled every department possible. NIWAS was a business that was a roller coaster ride of good times and the not-so good. He eventually retired from active operations in 2008. In NIWAS, He spent a lot of time on his staff training. He also took side projects to train students in Public Speaking and kept his skills active.
He found himself at life's cross-roads and he realized that soft skills training was what he did best. He turned his hobby into a profession and re-started First Personality. He used the challenges he had experienced in his life, to develop the curriculum and we are proud to say that First Personality is now trainer of choice to top companies. They conduct soft skill and behavioral training at all corporate levels. He has spent major time in their TTT program: Creating World Class Trainers.
It is his passion and dream to bring affordable top-quality, corporate level soft skills training to people in Tier III/IV towns. Our first First Personality center opened in Faizabad-Ayodhya, U.P, in 2014 and since then has expanded to Noida and Gurgaon. More centers are in the pipeline.
